Our new site is www.computercablesource.com. It has a more logical design and organizational structure as well as an industry standard shopping cart and search tool. It also features the PayPal payment option.
How to Order:
Orders: Our preferred method of receiving
orders is via our secure online shopping cart. We also accept orders
via telephone, email, fax, and postal delivery service.
Payment Terms:
Credit Cards: We accept
VISA®, MasterCard®, and American
Express® for all orders in the U.S. You can pay with PayPal if you order
from our new site (
www.computercablesource.com ). Our web site features Secure On-Line Ordering with 128 bit Thawte®
and Verisign® Security for your protection.
Open Account: Net 30 day terms are
available. Please call for details.
Government Sales:
We accept
government purchase orders and offer net 30 day terms. Please call ahead to set up your
account before ordering.
International Payment Terms:
International payment terms are limited to EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and
money orders in U.S. Dollars. You can pay with PayPal if you order
from our new site (
www.computercablesource.com ). Credit card payment terms and Net 30 accounts are available
on a limited basis. Please see below for more information
about international orders.
COD: COD orders
will not be accepted.

located in Sacramento, California.
Shipping:
Shipping Address: We
require a complete street address for delivery. We can not ship to a P.O. Box.
Carriers: For all domestic orders, we use Federal Express as our
primary carrier. We can also use UPS at your request.
If you would like us to ship via FedEx Ground,
please make a note of it in the comments box on your on-line order. You will not
see the price reduction on your order but we will apply it to your invoice.
Alaska and Hawaii:
Our online ordering system will not calculate your shipping cost
correctly. All rates calculated are based on the lower 48 states. When we receive your order, we will contact you with the proper
shipping costs available to you. We apologize for the inconvenience.
For all international orders, we use Federal Express.
Please see below for more details on international orders.
Drop Ship: We can drop ship to
your customer at no additional cost.
APO/FPO: We use the U.S. Postal Service for APO/FPO
shipments. Please call for available shipping options.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns:
Return Policy: Please be
sure that you are ordering the right products. If unsure, research our web page for
detailed photos and descriptions. If still unsure, please contact us for help.
Returns must be accomplished within 30 days of order date.
Please call or email for a return authorization number (RMA). All returns are subject to a 15% or $5.00
minimum restocking fee. Custom cables, special orders,
and clearance items are non-returnable. Shipping, handling, and
return fees are non-refundable.
Damaged products are non-returnable.
All returns must include all original packaging.
Failure to return the original packaging could result in a "No Refund"
situation.
All sales are final on clearance items.
Resellers: Resellers must submit a copy of their resellers
certification. California resellers must fill out our resale card.
Shipping Point: All orders ship from Sacramento,
California - USA.
International Orders:
We also accept international orders. We offer
Federal
Express deliveries
to our international customers.

We strive to serve customers around the world. Unfortunately, products shipped internationally
can incur significant freight expenses and may be subject to local duties, customs, brokerage and value added taxes. All local duties, customs fees, importation charges and taxes are the responsibility of you, the buyer. As an international buyer, please be aware that you must pay all local duties and fees prior to your being able to receive the product you have ordered. If you refuse to pay the local charges after shipment, your local customs authorities may impound the product until all fees have been paid. We cannot refund the purchase price of products that are unable to be returned due to local customs authorities seizing the product for non-payment of local importation fees.
Warranty:
Computer Cable Makers Inc. warrants all of its products to be free from defect
in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. At our discretion, we will replace
or repair the defective product within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover
abuse or misuse of the product. Freight charges may apply. No other warranties are
expressed or implied. Under no circumstances shall Computer Cable Makers Inc. be
responsible or liable for any incidental or consequential damages or loss arising from the
use of its products.
